How long will it take for my order to deliver?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after your order is placed. Typical delivery time to U.S. addresses is 14 days. Please note that some products in high demand will need an additional production time of 5-10 days. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
Our fulfillment center operates Monday-Friday. Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Do you restock on old items?
Most of our pieces are limited edition and won't be restocked once they're gone. We recommend grabbing your favorites while they're available. Once they sell out, they may not return.
How can I stay in the loop with new releases?

Do you do refunds on lost or damaged products?
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. The customer takes full responsibility when purchasing. Please contact USPS, or your local carrier to locate your package, and or file a lost package report.

Expect to receive a tracking number in your email used to order within 5 days of your purchase. You can use this to track your order from our tracking menu. If you have not received an email confirmation within 5 days of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
